"Sweet Caroline's was the true star of our wedding. What a joy to see our 160 guests run with glee towards Carolyn and her soft serve truck. As someone riddled with food allergies, it's so cool to see a local business that can accommodate while not sacrificing flavor. I don't think any of our guests knew that everything was dairy-free and gluten-free! Carolyn was so easy to work with and we can't wait to see her next time at the farmer's market! "
